There is a misconception out there that we should strive to be ‘self-sufficient.’ The reality, though, is that we should strive to be ‘community-sufficient’ and even more importantly, ‘Jesus-sufficient.’
When we rely solely on ourselves, we miss out on the best part of life. However, when we have a community of people who have our ‘got our six’, then we begin to understand the beauty of life. Ultimately, though, when we are reliant on Jesus, who has got our…well, everything, then we begin to understand what it means to be truly seen.
And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts.

No matter what season you find yourself in, remember that this is the day that the Lord has made.
Spring - A Time of Renewal
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:19
Summer - A Time of Growth
Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew, and produced a crop, multiplying thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times. Mark 4:8
Autumn - A Time of Harvest
When have eaten, and are satisfied praise the Lord your God for the good land He has given you. Deureronomy 8:10
Winter - A Time of Reflection and Rest
Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.
